If we examine the fundamentals of the musculoskeletal and nervous system, we find that the body relies so much on balance. Agonist and antagonist relationships dictate motion, and drives how we look at injuries and pain. Everything else, which includes daily stresses, routines, and habits, complicates these relationships, and ultimately dictates one injury pattern from the next.
When we focus on these fundamentals of biomechanics and motion, it allows us to better understand and treat the body’s injuries and pain, in a conservative manner. We constantly look for ways to restore the body’s motion, and engaging with our colleagues, therapists and chiropractors. We utilize injections and other advanced therapies to maximize results. We are convinced that this is the benchmark which acute and chronic pain should be treated. We are passionate for achieving quality and excellence, that the patients are looking for.

Maria "Celeste" Ding, RN-BSN
Founder, Practice Manager
She is the heart and soul of the practice. Combining years of experience in the hospital, post-surgical care, and cardio-thoracic nursing, she leads the team in delivering quality care.
Yi Ding, DO
Staff Physician
Dr. Yi Ding, DO is a double board-certified physician specializing in the field of Pain Medicine and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. He began his career in medicine with an interest in musculoskeletal disorders. He attended Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he obtained a foundation in Osteopathy and physical medicine. He later completed his residency and fellowship training from Eastern Virginia Medical School. After years of experience, he has now developed a treatment philosophy centered around biomechanics and care-integration. He is empathetic, and detail-oriented.
