This holistic approach includes osteopathic manual medicine, as well as complementary therapies like needling and cupping, to counter external influences and reduce inflammation.
We strive for comprehensive and integrated care, utilizing fluoroscopic-guided injections and medication regimens to optimize outcomes for both acute and chronic pain. To support long-term well-being, we guide patients in maintaining and modify appropriate exercise. Furthermore, we provide functional guidance on ergonomics and work environments.

Yi Ding, DO
Physician
Dr. Yi Ding, DO is a double board-certified physician specializing in the field of Pain Medicine and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. He began his career in medicine with an interest in musculoskeletal disorders. He attended Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he obtained a foundation in Osteopathy and physical medicine. He later completed his residency and fellowship training from Eastern Virginia Medical School. After years of experience, he has now developed a treatment philosophy centered around biomechanics and care-integration. He is empathetic, and detail-oriented. His empathy and detail-oriented nature make him a dedicated practitioner who enjoys assisting patients with complex conditions.
